解暑醒胃食譜1:荷葉青梅桑椹子茶

今日(6日)是二十四節氣的芒種,指小麥、大麥等有芒作物成熟,加上踏入梅雨時節,天氣悶熱潮濕,香港中文大學香港中西醫結合醫學研究所客座副教授林冠傑接受明報網站訪問,推介適合在芒種時節飲用的「荷葉青梅桑椹子茶」,解暑醒胃亦有助化濕。
荷葉青梅桑椹子茶(2-3人分量)
材料:
乾荷葉 1片(約10cm x 5cm大小,盡量揀芯位)
青梅 5粒
桑椹子 15粒
片糖 酌量(青梅、桑椹子帶酸,加片糖可幫助提升甜味)

製法:煮滾水,加入青梅和桑椹子煮約30分鐘後熄火,加入荷葉和片糖焗5分鐘,隔渣飲水即成
功效:芳香化濕、解暑醒胃、化痰
